Our premium latex garlands typically last 2–3 days indoors. For outdoor events, we recommend setting up as close to event time as possible. We craft each garland fresh on the day of your event for maximum longevity.
We understand plans change! Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full refund. Rescheduling is always free — just let us know your new date and we'll make it work.
Yes! We try our best to accommodate rush orders when our schedule allows. Same-week bookings may have a small rush fee depending on availability. Contact us and we'll let you know right away.
